We thank kuya Agustin and Kuya Ben of Tubero Experts for replacing our broken toilet and declogging our kitchen sink. They arrived on the same day we contacted them. They were early. The help desk - Hannah is also very professional. They sent us a transparent quote which is fairly priced considering the quality of their work. Even at 6:30pm and towards evening they kept ensuring that there will be no leaks and that the quality of their service is not compromised. They figured out the problems in our pipes quickly. They really know what they are doing. They are Christians pala and it shows in their attitude towards excellent work and really quality service. Dalawang beses na namin sila kinuha para sa ilang repairs na kinailangan gawin sa bahay namin. Nung una para sa declogging at reinstall ng toilet, tapos yung sumunod ay pagpalit ng grease trap. Si Christian yung nag-handle pareho at okay naman siya gumawa, madali kausap. Same sa nagha-handle ng customer service at scheduling (Hannah), madali din kausap at mabilis nakapag-schedule ng tubero. 😁 ~ Ron

First time availing Tubero Experts services and they were very accomodating when we first contacted them. As for the service it self it went without a hitch from start to finish. Sir Jhun the plumber was really professional and knowledgeable on how to solve the leaking problem of the kitchen sink. They also have their own tools so they only needed to buy the replacement parts that was needed. Overall great service and will contact them again for future plumbing problems. I was hesitant at first as I googled for plumbers that I might find scammers instead. But glad I was wrong. I am one satisfied customer. Recurring pipe leaks were finally solved. We’ve contracted several ‘plumbers’ to fix these over the years and they failed to do so. The plumber assigned by TuberoExperts worked fast and even improvised so that we dont need to replace the whole toilet seat cover. They are also prompt in resolving our feedback on the work done. Great service. I didn't realize how many plumbers/plumbing companies didn't offer sink plumbing installation/modification until I had to contact five or six different ones just to find someone who'd do it. Tubero Experts came through for me. Prompt responses/scheduling. Their plumbers were knowledgeable and friendly (shoutout to Sember and Marvin). Their work was efficient and clean. They also actually cleaned the area afterwards. If we need more plumbing help in the future, we know who to call. ~ Nic Q

I booked a service with Tubero Experts last June 14 because of a water leak. They quickly found the source of the leak. The consultation fee is deductible from the total repair cost and they will not collect the total amount unless the problem is solved! They visited at least 3 times (sorry for the 1 time we weren't in the house!) and did not collect any additional fee for the transportation. This plumbing company is very good, inquiries are handled swiftly, Mr. Billy Joseph is top on Customer Satisfaction (a key most service-oriented companies normally missed). Special mention also to Christian Frayre, who has that ingenuity in him. You see, my previous interior designer/contractor really made a big technical mistake (I'm an Engineer by profession so I should know), but he has that wit to work around and rectify that mistake. This company was able to do repairs on my toilet. Repair technicians - Christian and Ezekiel were very clean in performing the toilet repair and declogging. They also offer valuable advise to prevent issues in the future. My toilet got clogged and they fixed it, but it reoccurred after a week. They went again and did the declogging once more.
